Advantages of MOMI&TOY'S business model
The kitchen instruments package in MOMI&TOY'S are very simple.
Fryers, smoke control system, or production line like a plant are not needed. Low capital investment are required, therefore, and we can open a shop in 10? area at a minimum in various locations.
Furthermore, we have three shop types to suite the characteristics of the locations, ‘Mobile Type (for tailgate sell)’, ‘Food Court Type (for a mall tenant)', and ‘Hybrid Type (combination of both types)’.
Global strategy of MOMI&TOY'S
We hope to set up MOMI&TOY'S in cooperation with business partners in each country or area in the world.
We pay the most attention to Asia, especially East and Southeast Asia, because of rapid increase in population and spending power, geographical proximity to Japan, and large influence on the fashion by Japan.
We also keep an eye on advanced countries including United States and Europe. The business development in the mature market in these areas is what MOMI&TOY'S good at having gone through in Japan.

Our basic alliance scheme is as follows.

‘MOMI&TOY'S (regional name)’ .
（2）New established MOMI&TOY'S (regional name) make a master franchise
The requirement for Business Partners
We hope that business partners have know -how to locate shops and to develop human resources. It's preferable that the partners well-versed in local situation deal with these things about location and people.
The partners handle the part requiring understanding fo local custom, going price, and situation and Momi&Toy Entertainment offers products, operations, and promotions. These division of roles should maximize success probability.
International Master Franchise Fee
International master franchise fee and contract terms are reasonably decided in individual cases, reflecting the plan of expanding shops such as the numbers and the pace, previous experience of franchise or restaurant business, possessing network in the area and so on.
